Doctor ne 4 medicines de diye maine sirf 2 din khaya aur phir apki lower back wali purani videos se practice krne lga aj mjhe koi pain nhi h... Mai apki ,kamar ki ,knee pain ki aur pet kam karne ki yoga karti hu ,but mere haath aur kalai mei dard hone lagta hai,inko bhi mazboot banane k liye kuch bataye plz, bohut fayda hua hai mujhe jabse maine aapke bataye hue yoga shuru kare hai
