@@nesar_05 Supinated planche leans is also a good variation! Some people use it to more specifically build towards the high bar planche 💪 The only “problem” is the lack of stability. Without the fingers to make small balance adjustments (and apply counter-force), it’s a bit more difficult, and it requires more control 😃
