    It would be great to have some resources on how anxiety recovery looks different in, or could be adapted for, people with autism or ADHD.

    Its incredibly hard and terrifying when the panic attacks keep going and dont settle down for months what then??

    This doing loop happens to me at work I'm driven to work faster and harder to relieve the perceived danger of not getting through it all.
    I'm always early with my projects and completely exhausted.

    So the whoosh is the amygdala misfiring incorrectly to the thought because of our reaction to the thought 🤔
