you don't have a good username either so shut up Its because the card is wtf OP. I hate any card like Academic Espionage that reduces card cost to 1, and they're not even yours! Playing like 9 and 10-cost cards for 1 is an instant game winner.
The most fun i've had this Brawl was a deck for rogue that i made. you get every low cost spell for rogue and cards that make you draw, then on turn 5 you get Red mana wyrm. and on turn 6 emperor so that you can use your combo in 1 turn. You then buff ur Red mana Wyrm and give it stealth. My biggest lethal was 47 dmg at turn 7.
I was watching this live and it was like watching a completely different stream, as much I love watching Krippo rage and complain and spamming LUL in the chat but I actually enjoyed watching him enjoying playing the game for once🙂
I once discovered a lorewalker cho out of a light in the darkness. My opponent never killed it and we were spamming noble sacrifices, potions of madness, divine spirits, and more till fatigue :D
It's a shame that while this tavern brawl is a lot of fun, it locks a lot a people out because they don't have these obscure epic cards and legendaries. Honestly I think this deck is only good because of Barnes+Ysharrj.
Lymia Aluysia Pretty much, its a stupidly fun and powerful combo should it last more then one turn. Def should be worth waiting the extra 2 turns for Barnes just to have some fun. But its definitely not a key component and not the OP statement of only reason deck good
You know what's insane about jades? The fact that you can pick up a random deck, play with it for a bit and even slowly lose, then suddenly pick up jades in the middle of the game, plop down an Aya and some shurikens and now you're back in it with your opponent having to find an answer for a board of X/X minions each round, every new wave bigger than the last. Unreal.

The fun of old hs! Step 1: At turn 4, put a 14/15 threat on the board and enjoy your opponent spending half his arsenal to avoid 2-turn lethal. Step 2: Renounce darkness, you never liked it anyways. Step 3: Your opponent should be having issues in the value game by now, so piss on his face with your reduced mana-cost cards. Step 4: Whenever possible, enjoy your new synergies before he concedes.
