Great video, like many other projects, I got to do some "tune up" of my bandsaw to do the resaw work, and I don't have a drum sander, but built a sled for my planer and got all the pieces to the right dimensions. I used a trick that a friend taught me years ago for gluing up the 1 inch square pieces by gluing them and wrapping them tightly with old bicycle inner tubes. It works nicely, putting the pressure on all the corners. Thanks for this, you do really nice work, and I am officially a fan!
that turned out amazing! love that you kept the mistakes in the vid and showed how you fixed them....that's definitely something that would happen to me on a glue-up =)
Looks so nice. All of us woodworkers mess up. Only some wood makers on TH-cam show their mistakes, but what an opportunity to show how to fix a “mistake” This will help us. THANKS!
Awesome board. Nice fix on the mistakes. You can’t even tell where they were. Try pure tung oil instead of mineral oil. It’s a drying oil so doesn’t stay goopy.
what a youtube builder that makes a mistake? That never happens... Lol I think it is awesome you showed it and the work around. It came out nice. I started my very first today. I am doing the walnut brick with maple for the mortar. We will see how it goes.
Thanks for purchasing the plans! The finished size was 16.75" by 10" by 1.5". You could try scaling the dimensions but It would be easiest to make a 10 by 10 by shortening the length of the finished pattern. Hope this helps!
bonjour. Dommage que les prises de vue soient un peu trop eloignées...il m'est difficile de comprendre l'enchainement des collages et l'assemblage final. superbe planche.

Thanks a bunch! I like the inner tube idea, I'll have to give that a try sometime!
Great recovery, young man. Impressive.

The board looks amazing Caleb. Well done.
Great looking board! Nice fix on the three pieces. That had to be one of those cry or yell, or both moments.
Thanks! I certainly was not excited to see it...

I made your board, looks awesome. Did you have any problems with it bowing? I flattened mine on my CNC and it has bowed again. Just wondering. Thanks
Can i get a link for the dc on your planer please? Ive been trying to figure out a setup like yours and that looks exactly like what im after
Beautiful job, but how about balancing your jointer
Great video and nice fix on those mistakes🫡 only thing i have to do is transform those dimensions to metric👍🏻
what program did you used to design the board?

Wait.... what mistake.....glad you liked it though! sounds pretty cool, hope it turns out well!
What glue did you use? I’m worried about open time gluing so many pieces together at once?
Que buen trabajo, que maderas utilizas ? Tienes tik tok ?
Bought your plans. Would like to know the size of the finish project. I would like finish to be approximately 12x12. Your suggestions?

Nothing like $40K worth in equiptment.
What in the world are you watching? 40k????
Bros DC is duct taped to the planer. You think he’s got 40k in eq?
