@@roofcamper3473 the floor with site prep and regrading was around $15,000. We had to raise grade 4-5 inches on the west side of the building to level it out. Used R-blend as a base for the slab. We did a 10X50 section down the center of the building @6 inch deep fibermesh, and 4 inch deep everywhere else.

What is the part number on that speed sensor with the 10mm bolt?
The couch in the shop is a nice touch. How much did it cost to put in a lift? (Lift cost and install if you had someone do it?)
So I bought the lift used for around $2000 if I remember correctly and I had a good friend of mine come over with a hammer drill and we installed it!
The biggest expense was the deeper slab down the center of the building to be able to support the lift adequately
@@SEsGarage Can you recall about how much the concrete work cost

214 ft lbs
*(hammered it to 1,000 ft lbs using an impact wrench, instead of using a torque wrench out of sheer laziness)*
It may look like I hammered it down, but I can assure you I know my impact gun and that was nowhere near 1000ftlbs
