I was comment this first, but that's not important, what's most important is, Sledgehammer didn't bother to check the guns on the campaign to make sure they don't have a goofy errors
You better hope they don't add weapons during MWII's life cycle. MW added the Makarov, the Skorpion, and the XM250 while Cold War was ongoing, and Cold War added plenty of new weapons during Vanguard's life cycle.
My best guess for why the EM1 is in Vanguard is that the next sledgehammer cod is gonna be back in the future and they put this in to tinker, or give a taste of what gunsmith would look like with futuristic guns, which is somewhat intriguing, but with how MW2 is changing gunsmith, this may have been in vain
@@JTawesome92 except all the other times they tried to make it seem "realistic" and failed. (That's why you don't put 5 round .20 gauge fast mags into your revolving shotgun.)
1:14:50 With the detachable magazine, the Type 11 would make for a decent Star Wars blaster. That was one of the few good ideas DICE brought to their Battlefront games; with modern graphics they could really go ham with kit-bashing guns together into custom blasters. One note about the Type 11, while its ammunition hopper could be removed, it wasn't intended as part of the reload process and was way more complicated. It also couldn't maintain a continuous rate of fire, as there was a brief delay between stripper clips as it fed.
Vanguard is truly the game of all time, the game work like a game, the mechanic work like a mechanic, the shooting work like a shooting, it's truly the Call Of Duty of all time. Vanguard/10 IGN
For some reason, all the fast mags attachments in Vangaurd were updated to no longer reduce Ammo capacity, hence why the Thompson box mag now holds 50 rounds
Still angry at the fact that the FG42 and the M1 Carbine ain't in the game. And even more at the mag-fed M1897 shotgun. Not even Resident Evil VIllage did something as cursed as that for the M1897
So upon looking back at some of the beta reloads, particularly the Thompson cause I might've recalled that the fast mags previously had 30 instead of 50.. And many other SMG fast mags also having decreased capacity.. I have also noticed that they kept the Thompson -open bolt- instead in the beta. Have we regressed in both game balance and knowledge.
They actually tried improving some errors with the M1 Garand like the player interacting with the mag release button and it no longer pings when a mag is attached lol defo a ww2 game😎😎
Vanguards story is Raul Mendez was in black ops 2 time and he got a time machine went to the future got a bunch of laser guns shipped it to modern time like 2020 got a bunch on f2000 guns and went back in time to the 40s and gave out laser guns and F2000s.
Does anyone else ever feel like the weapon recoil in vanguard starts before you even fire a round? Like especially with the full auto weapons, it seems like your weapons start producing recoil between the millisecond you pull the trigger, and before the rounds actually start firing.
Do you know using the 16 gauge shells on the Double Barrel. it actually reminded me of the Russian TOZ-63 which is a Double Barrel Shotgun Chambered in 16 gauge.
Vanguard is the most world war 2 game. You can shoot a gun, and you can die. 10/10 realism is on fleek. When we see this types of games, we think of masterpieces that perfectly portray the horrors of war. Edit 1: I can’t wait to burn cyborg Neo-Nazi zombies using a gun that is way ahead of it’s own time.
After a torturous year of enduring this disgraceful game, it's so nice to see it end. Let's hope one day Sledgehammer never makes a COD game so we can forget the pain they brought us.
I'm not sure if you pointed it out and I missed it, but I'm pretty sure the 200rd belt box for the MG42 is a 1960s design for the MG3. Another point for this *wonderful* game.
I actually googled the name of the arma because this is the first time I have heard of it and Wikipedia says it should have a respirocating charging handle, which it does not. The lf57 also has the mag at a 90% angle when it should have it angled forward a bit and the barrelshroud should also be circular. I guess that is what you meant by "the reliever is boxy" but more detail would be cool. I think the real thing looks so much cooler too! It is like a star wars ump When the papasha is converted into the pps43 I noticed it has the safties of nothing guns. Also, while they were both blowback smgs in the same caliber and similiar form factor, the parts are not interchangeable and the conversion is impossible.

Vanguard being the number one WW2 game of all time, especially it sold over 30 million vanguardillion tickets and some of the players went Vanguardin' time and it was the greatest moment in gaming history.
I was playing cod ww2 once and my dad (a huge ww2 nerd) complained about using an stg44 while playing as a British soldier, saying that this game is incredibly inaccurate. I then showed him footage of cod vanguard. He died on the inside.
Holy fuck one of the most godawful games to have ever existed. Down there with Cyberpunk. I'm seriously convinced this monstrosity was just a big ploy to make us appreciate WWII and Cold War now cause those seriously don't look as bad as this now
You know, tweaking the guns for gameplay purposes doesn't really bother me at all, but it's the small errors that really irritate me. Stuff like giving the guns silly names, cutting up the rear sights for no reason, and hearing invisible cartridge casings being "ejected" from revolvers after every shot. That's ignoring the fact that they added a laser rifle and a 2000s assault rifle to a WWII game. I'm glad this insult of a game is over.
Silly names - Activision doesn't wanna pay the rights Cutting rear sights - Some look cool cut up F2000 and EX1 - If you're coming to COD, a game where some russian guy can single handedly get a tactical nuke with a British LMG, magically regen health, and gain abilities from the blood of his enemies, for realism, you should just give up and touch some grass, ngl
@@flamedramon68. All poor defenses, particularly the last one. How about just keep the weapons in line with the era so that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb? Is that somehow difficult?
Besides, who the hell cares? I think adding a laser gun into a world war 2 game isn't as bad as everyone says it is, nor the F2000. It's wacky and unexpected, and clearly puts the gun nerds on edge. Loosen up, enjoy it for what it is, Lord knows the COD community isn't

You got my respect for doing this video and testify the atroucious gunsmith in VG, even testicular cancer seems to be way better and less painful than this shit.

Ah yes, Vanguard. An expansion pack for Warzone masquerading as a full game
3:48 Looks like that TT-33 rear sight was never fixed for this specific campaign variant, unlike multiplayer
Thank god almighty the nightmare is over
Your content is garbage but Vanguard is Nuclear waste
My best guess for why the EM1 is in Vanguard is that the next sledgehammer cod is gonna be back in the future and they put this in to tinker, or give a taste of what gunsmith would look like with futuristic guns, which is somewhat intriguing, but with how MW2 is changing gunsmith, this may have been in vain
If it's gonna be in the future, no jetpacks; People hated the jetpacks from the get go. Maybe keep the dash like Act Man suggested.
I dunno. Maybe it was just a "haha look at this funny out-of-place thing" callback to the original game the EM1 was in.
@@Shroom64 that was most of the game.

Omg, who put this modern gun into a WW2 game?
Slegdehammer Games
@@eldelastortas2303 that dev has a bad grade in history class lol
For some reason, all the fast mags attachments in Vangaurd were updated to no longer reduce Ammo capacity, hence why the Thompson box mag now holds 50 rounds
@@JannickFarrellManuelOlii 30 round stick mag is accurate you could get a Thompson in either 20 or 30 round mags in WAW it's a 20 round one
Sad part is the animators at sledgehammer are actually pretty good its just a shame they had to work on a cursed WW2 game.
This game is just straight-up “How-to-piss-off-historians-in-every-way.”
Another thing is how the 3 line rifle where the soldier uses the bolt to dislodge the stripper clip when that is not possible
They actually tried improving some errors with the M1 Garand like the player interacting with the mag release button and it no longer pings when a mag is attached lol defo a ww2 game😎😎
You're gonna need 5 seasons worth of a break mate
I genuinly hope you arent losing sleep over the stupid parts of this game
Vanguards story is Raul Mendez was in black ops 2 time and he got a time machine went to the future got a bunch of laser guns shipped it to modern time like 2020 got a bunch on f2000 guns and went back in time to the 40s and gave out laser guns and F2000s.
Does anyone else ever feel like the weapon recoil in vanguard starts before you even fire a round? Like especially with the full auto weapons, it seems like your weapons start producing recoil between the millisecond you pull the trigger, and before the rounds actually start firing.
Vanguard really was just an asset dump. Countless re used sound effects and animations from COD WWII just on the MW2019 engine. It has no soul
thank you raidengoodman8754, everyone agrees
I'm more amazed at the thought of devs thinking adding thr F2000 was a good idea rather than the fact that it's in game
Edit 1: I can’t wait to burn cyborg Neo-Nazi zombies using a gun that is way ahead of it’s own time.
your comment really shows how ignorant people can be
The comment is a joke, for your sake
@@tommynigijo Speak for yourself; Your arguments are shit.

There's an error on the Welgun. on the bolt, there's a piece of stamped metal on the right side that is used as a charging handle.
I can’t imagine the unholiness you went through recording all these
I'm not sure if you pointed it out and I missed it, but I'm pretty sure the 200rd belt box for the MG42 is a 1960s design for the MG3. Another point for this *wonderful* game.
Read the pinned comment.
12:24 STEN empty reload , magazine still has a round.
Well bugs?
Well...this is not Call of Duty anymore. It would precisely called "Activisions Mistake".
It is like a star wars ump
When the papasha is converted into the pps43 I noticed it has the safties of nothing guns. Also, while they were both blowback smgs in the same caliber and similiar form factor, the parts are not interchangeable and the conversion is impossible.
Vangaurd is just cod ww2 copying MW 2019, or at least that’s what it feels like, also I’m impressed you were able to put yourself through the agony of this game
36:17 ah yes my grandpa in the 1950s was finding guns in his ww2 gun shop until he found his perfect gun called the f2000 and everytime he use it for training areas❤️
Vanguard being the number one WW2 game of all time, especially it sold over 30 million vanguardillion tickets and some of the players went Vanguardin' time and it was the greatest moment in gaming history.
You can hear the sound of cartridge casings hitting the floor when firing revolvers lol.
I love how this game added anything but the iconic weapons of WW2

“That is some floppy ass magazine” 😂😂😂
I was playing cod ww2 once and my dad (a huge ww2 nerd) complained about using an stg44 while playing as a British soldier, saying that this game is incredibly inaccurate. I then showed him footage of cod vanguard. He died on the inside.
Holy fuck one of the most godawful games to have ever existed. Down there with Cyberpunk. I'm seriously convinced this monstrosity was just a big ploy to make us appreciate WWII and Cold War now cause those seriously don't look as bad as this now

I feel like Sledgehammer eventually ran out of ideas for WW2 guns and eventually just started adding unused guns from previous COD games.
Welp I spoke too soon, now this is the final video you’ll make on vanguard, finally, enough of this shitty game
Hello bro Wassup It's been. long time since we met And you're really grown up
You know, tweaking the guns for gameplay purposes doesn't really bother me at all, but it's the small errors that really irritate me.
Silly names - Activision doesn't wanna pay the rights
Cutting rear sights - Some look cool cut up
F2000 and EX1 - If you're coming to COD, a game where some russian guy can single handedly get a tactical nuke with a British LMG, magically regen health, and gain abilities from the blood of his enemies, for realism, you should just give up and touch some grass, ngl
@@flamedramon68. All poor defenses, particularly the last one. How about just keep the weapons in line with the era so that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb? Is that somehow difficult?
@@dragonbornexpress5650 Hey gun nerd, it's called "fiction"

I just noticed, when did they fix the ping sound coming out with the last round on box/drum mags of the M1 Garand?
@Dean Navaro 2002 i also noticed sound changes
The SVT-40 and Kar98 in particular sound way louder (almost like an artillery piece lol)
