When I worked on semi truck diesels, alot of them came in with "sucked valves". Especially the 61-Series Detroit 2-cycle 4-valve.

That engine has been worked on buy a wanabe mechanic, or abused. Its more than a rod knock its everything knocking. 4000 RPM with low or no oil pressure equals trashed engine. On the bright side all of the decorative parts still look good

I had a Studebaker V8 that spun a main bearing and it sounded better than that!

Hey Ray I need your help definitely I have a 2005 Toyota SR5 4Runner I've got this weird sound under my glove box even with my key off it still makes it every now and then I am not losing antifreeze I drove it on rams got all the air out of my system and it does good for a little bit then it starts all over I do not have water in my oil they all looks great I'm just very confused what this could be and you're the only smart one on TH-cam that could figure this out please Ray I need your help it's driving me crazy please help thank you

Actually sounded a bit like loose or missing rocker arms.
It does sound like a loose or broken valve train component, how do I know, well I had my Chevy 5.3 drop a rocker at 70mph.
