Filing Form I-130 online has its own benefits while submitting it on paper can also be advantageous. Filing I130 and I-485 separately has its own risks for those filing for a marriage adjustment of status.

I own a house in the USA. When I went to my home country to get married, I stayed with my spouse at my uncle's house for a month after the wedding. Does that count as living together? We only stayed together for a month. After that, I came back to my house in the USA, and my spouse went back to her family's house. Should I put lived together or Never lived together and can you explain why?

I have recently filed Form I-130 (Petition for Alien Relative) online, including comprehensive evidence to establish the bona fide nature of my marriage, such as joint financial documents, affidavits from friends and family, photographs, and other relevant proofs of our genuine relationship. I am now preparing to file Form I-485 (Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status) and am seeking guidance on whether I need to resubmit the same set of evidentiary documents with the I-485 application.

I filed out all our forms on paper and filled everything out by hand in black ink. I did not submit the form G-1145 form for electronic notices. Can I still submit that form once our online codes and accounts are set up for future notices?
I submitted my 130 online and got charged, but I didn’t get any receipt # and it says my submission is not completed. Did you see this happen before? Can I get a refund and resend my 130 on paper?
Oh Wow! I'm really sorry to hear that it happened. We've never had this happen before. I would first try to contact the USCIS to see if they can fix it on their end. If that doesn't work I'm sure you could work with your bank to resolve it as well. Thank you for sharing this experience with us! Another reason why online filing isn't the best since they still need some time to improve their systems.
What if the couple lives abroad. Should the citizen return to the US to work and have a US residence while they’re waiting for approval?
Hello plss while filing on paper, is there a limit to pictures or evidence u will can attach plus how do we attach them .. is it by printing them and just adding to a file plus can we write on the photographs explaining each photo
I meant is it by printing out the pictures in hard copy and put them in an envelop together with the files ??
