      It depends on their condition. if they are able to do the exercises they can do a little at a time and build the strength on their legs slowly.

      A lot of training on the Tai Chi doesn't require a training partner, but when you come to do training for the combat side you can work with a friend. Our training course has lessons for individual training and applications which would require a partner. Cheque out the course on Udemy.

    I always thought horse stance should be shoulder width apart, not as wide as the master is doing.

      danpt2000 there two point horse stance that is used in wing chun an 7 point horse stance that is used in different Gungfu
