Exactly this. I'm all for Kim Jong Un getting captured and put to justice. However, the reality isn't that easy. You have to please him to make deals. Pleasing him is for the greater good. It's horrible but there's no other way except war. The way to improve human rights in North Korea is to actually ignore them at the beginning of the negotiations. I don't care if people hate Trump or love Trump, I'm not an American. I do however love Korea and I hope people can see what is needed instead of spewing their anti-Trump agenda for their own (moral) gains.

Only north korea can fend for themselves if the people of the north still can't stand up for themselves and if the soldiers still can't think for themselves instead of blindly following orders, there situation will not change. TheNinJustice there’s nothing that can be done differently. Kim doesn’t look like he’s willing to back down and give human rights. We can’t start another war or many will die and North Korea will honestly be worse off than it already is. Not to mention, South Korea will be affected also.

If you really think people are going to survive in their white lead plated steel containers with mre's and water, it's not gonna happen. The world will be uninhabitable for years. Guys i do not live in the US, actualy i live in the east but i have a question. Why does USA(mainly liberals) claim to have the right to invade every single country wich shows signs of human right violation? It has happened multiple times in Libya, Afghanistan, Syria etc. And btw look at those countries now. Libya had the highest living standart in Africa and now 1/3 of libans are considered poor. Is it really human rights US cares for or is it just a justification to start an invasion? In my opinion Trump made a great decision. Lowering the weapons is the first step to start further negotiations and i'm certain human rights will be on the table in the future but everything is done step by step so we must have patience. The reason we don’t help is because then we’d have to help everyone.
