That was a good idea... I'm sure there are a lot of folks out there that don't realize that the black plastic tray that goes in the bottom of the box, That helps to protect the rubber flaps under the cleaning head. This was quick, clean and consistent. Sometimes better to add some of what folks do wrong, and how to check. We saw tray cover was not snapping closed, do not know if it’s an issue or not. What about that filter? Clean it (how, how often)? Thanks
