how many FPS do you use for your animations? I use 30 FPS, but i'am thinking about switching to 60 FPS, as it obviously looks smoother (but that also means more work).

For games its typically 30, for film and tv its 24. In reality, having more that 30fps is a waste of time, as anything higher becomes unnoticeable.
