Very informative thanks. I just reasently started motor work on my truck 05 do you think this would be complicated I just did spark plugs for the first time this week and I don't have much car experience otther than oil changes
My 2010 tacoma kit came with extra bolt gaskets.... only a place for the 3 botls on mine too and only 3 gaskets on each when I took them off but it has 12 total in the dual gasket pack... assuming they put double just incase?
Marketing works for people like you. There's no such thing as life long coolant. If you think so, drain your radiator after 10 years and tell me how pink it is.
Would have been nice to see how you manually took the right hand cover off. I've removed every bolt possible but it just won't give way. I don't want to force it off in case I wreck the cover or something 🤭
Good vid, but I have a question regarding the small grommets. What are they all used for? There are 12 small and 4 large I don't see where there are old ones and no one that I have found explains what/where they go. Any help would be great.
Thank you very much for this. After having my truck for 18 years, I now have to do this 👍🏽💯
What about the Seal Packing near the Camshaft Sprocket section??? You have to use Toyota Seal Packing 103 or RTV Equivalent….
Very helpful. Thanks. Luckily my leaks on the passenger side. I'll do the drivers side another day.
Thanks Ryan ! 🤙🏾👍🏾

Noticed you're truck has green coolant in it which is not the correct coolant. You want to use the pink toyota long life coolant

All day job. Oh joy. Mine's leaking around the coils. Slow and easy wins this race.
When changing only left bank valve gasket then there is no need to take manifold off? Is that right?

Great video. I'm about to do one too.
How long of a job was it ??
Did you have to drain the Radiator?
Is that the 1gr-fe?
Thanks, very helpful.
To much bouncing all over the place, disorientating trying to fallow along.
