    Well said, I’m now over a year a ketogenic cyclist and like you said. You have to give it time to be fat adapted and be consistent with your training to improve. Good luck with your recovery. ❤️‍🩹

    Great video. I'm a recreational cyclist. I've struggled to be even moderately ketogenic. The cyclist community always says to fuel up or you'll bonk so I fule up. After the rides, I find it very difficult to not eat 2x the amount of carbs as non-ride days. Do you think it's possible to live on the edge of ketosis, example : low glycemic diet, and also be a cyclist? Or, is it likely that your body needs full keto for an extended time so that you can adequately fuel from fat and not crave carbs after the rides? Thanks!

      You can certainly be both a low carb and to a no carb carnivore diet and be a cyclist. There are more and more people who cycle and run switching to either a low carb or carnivore diet every day

    I hope you recover quickly Sean. I think alot of cyclists out there are guilty of not stretching properly before a ride... me included. Like the new gear you have!..
