I bought a 21 street bob this past October. Previously owned sport bikes. Traded in my 19 Ninja 1000abs and will never look back. Absolutely love the street bob. Had a stage 2 SE torque kit installed over the winter. Can't wait for spring! Great video I subscribed!
That’s awesome man, first of all congrats on the bike, I hear the 114’s on the 21’s mean AF! I’m so glad you enjoyed the video, thanks for watching and subscribing. Stage II sounds amazing, I’m hoping to get that done on my bike soon, after some non-motorcycle related priories smh life lol
@@Six5Rider The 107 is plenty really for the street bob. I really wanted a 2020 in the spruce green but financially had to wait a bit and then 2021 came around and the 114 came out on the street bob. I got mine in stone washed white pearl. I liked the white and Orange as well for 2021 but the orange is too flashy for my taste. I'm glad I got a 21 as I prefer the classic look with the spoked wheels myself. The 22 in gauntlet grey is real nice tho too. The street bob IMO is the best bang for your buck and to me screams classic harley which is what I like. I live in Maine so I have to wait till at least April to ride again. We got over 2 ft of snow the last 2 weeks and negative Temps. Use to visit my late grandparents in Venice Beach Florida growing up. Ride safe man look forward to more videos on the street bob!
Thanks Richard. That sounds like an awesome upgrade. How are you liking the Street Bob so far? Some of the more step-up seats seats for the street Bob are the Whiplash Gambler or Slipstream, Saddlemen or la Pera kick flip. Hope you find the one you like.
Throw the 2020 low rider Mags on the bike now. Only thing you need is a spacer on the front to mount the MAG. Rear is just plug and play. I got my spacer from LA chopper.
You don't have to cut through the fender to mount your license plate. Consider producing an actual size (may be smaller) adhesive sticker and placing it there. (Take a picture of your license plate and take it to where they make such stickers - it will look identical to your plate and look just as real on the fender too).
One of my friends got the custom dynamics plate Mount and drilled into his fender. It looks really good, but I didn’t want to drill anywhere on my baby haha
Thank you 🙏🏼 longest I’ve done was about 596 miles in one shot. It was exhausting but the bike did great at Highway speeds. The fairing is a must if you’re doing any long distance highway rides. Oh and I wish I had cruise control
New to the channel and I dig this bike. I wanted to ask about the Dean Speed crash bar. Is it too high to where the crash bar will even protect anything? Is it comfortable to rest your feet while riding? Do you feel like you don’t need to since you have forward controls?
Thanks for watching! I like the crash bar a lot, it was decently priced and seems to do the job pretty well especially with forward controls. I feel because of how wide it is, it would protect things like the pegs, engine, filter, maybe handlebars and the front side of the exhaust but probably not the back unless you have a crash bar/ peg in the back. For your second question it’s definitely comfortable to have especially that it sits higher and further out than the forward controls. So I can either rest my feet on it, or just throw my entire legs on it. Just helpful to have different positions while on a longer trip.
Since the 2018 thru 2020 came with a sole seat, why would harley give passenger pegs? You seemed so surprised they didn't come with. Anyway, bike looks good.
Thanks man. I just hoped that for the price of the bike that it would come with a passenger pillion seat and pegs. All good though I chucked that solo seat as soon as I could lol .. thanks for watching.
I'm 6'2 and I'm desperately looking for a seat where I can feel comfortable. I have a 2020 lowrider s and I have been looking on youtube for the Saddlemen SDC, Lepera, and whiplash seat videos. What I heard is that Saddlemen SDC pushes you forward (something that I don't like), Lepera is like the same as Saddlemen, but the whiplash pushes you back a little. Di you feel comfortable with the whiplash seat overall?
Hey Hector, yes I love my Whiplash, it’s really comfortable. A few things to note though: - It sits you in the bike as opposed to on top of the bike. - It pushes you back about 2 inches or so. - I found this out after I purchased it, but apparently you can call them before you make your order and ask them to push it back another 2 inches or so. - I heard the tuck and roll is the most comfortable option, I wish I got that instead of diamond stitch. - My wife doesn’t live the passenger seat, she thinks it’s too narrow for her. Other than that I think it’s a great quality seat.
I'm 6'3" w/ a 34" inseam. I had forwards installed at purchase, because there was no way mids were going to not kill my knees. I found the Saddleman Explorer is a pretty amazing seat, and can ride two up over some serious mileage.
Thanks for the feedback. My Audio has def gotten better on the recent videos. This video was from 2+ years ago when I was first setting up my motvlogging setup. Thanks again for watching and for the feedback.
Forwards still out of stock, tells ya no one wants that crap. Not sure what harley is thinking since they're putting mids on every bike now other than let's nickel and dime our customers.
@@Six5Rider heck I'm not even that tall at 5 10 or 11 ish, but the mids just hurt my hips after about a half hour. My sporty with forwards just feels sooo much better. It just needs that power, weight, and an extra gear 😄😄

Next - cruise control and plex audio 🔥🔥🔥
Surprise coming in the next video - hint hint “audio” … stay tuned!
Bike looking real good!
Thanks brother ✌🏼
I’m your biggest fan
Just upgraded from i883 to 2020 street bob. Great video. Looking for a fairing and new seat. Nice mods!

For the passenger pegs I bought the bung king crash bars for the rear. Double the protection
Yeah I want to get those as well! Do they feel sturdy? Like it would protect the bike in case of a drop?
@@Six5Rider they will do a better job for sure than those passenger pegs that fold up. They protect the bike for sure but not the pipes.
keep on ridin' bro! 🤙

Yesss! Thanks for the tip, that’s definitely something I want to do I hate the spokes so much.
Enjoy the video i can not wait to get this bike
Congrats in advance man.

That’s a great idea. Will look into it.
Nice bike unfortunately in my state can’t do vertical plate. So I used cycle vision plate relocate under fender. Was either that or replace fender.

nice bike, do you have any issues with the Memphis shades rattling against the headlights?
Not against the headlight, but it does rattle at highway speeds.

Just bought a 24 street bob with 3 miles on it lol
That’s awesome, Congratulations! Any planned upgrades on it?
What kind of phone mount is that?
Thanks for watching. It’s the Quad Lock with the vibration dampener
How much of the work did you do yourself?
Pretty much all of it except for the bars. Would’ve done those myself but it required extending cables, and I’m not experienced enough to do that.
Name it Bobbi
LOL 😂 that’s not bad
What sissy bar are you running?
It’s the Harley Davidson holdfast sissy bar, link in the description #14
1st …. Zzzzzz
Thanks for the support! I hope you enjoyed the video

Oh I feel you on that, I got lucky and bought mine before all the shortages. It just sucks that No manufacturer really makes a bike for a tall rider.
