I was thinking a situation similar to That 70s Show where Red looks angrily at Fez and the others singing "Happy Together" before joining in himself, except in this case Oliver would be looking crossly at Barry and Kara before joining in. Also they'd all have to be in uniform for this to work for me.

I just don't get all the hate for this episode. I personally thought it was one of the best episodes so far. I think that we kind of needed a break from the 'Savitar is gonna kill Iris' storyline of this season. There are a lot of things that make this episode great. For example, the Flash and Supergirl cast finally get to display their singing talents. Also, this episode wasn't completely unnecessary since Barry and Iris got re-engaged. Even if there is a chance that Barry might be unable to save her from Savitar at the end of the season. So overall, I think that "Duet" was a great episode and you should to. And if you still disagree with me, then just don't watch the episode ever again. Just don't stop watching 'The Flash' TV Series.
Minotaur Studios Honestly it’s one of those episodes I’d happily watch again and again. Maybe I’m just like Barry and Kara and just really into musicals.
Just got to see the Duet episode of Flash today, and I'll be honest I wasn't feeling all that positive about it when I heard it was a thing. But I actually laughed a lot more at it than I thought I would. And I mean that in a good way. Also I was shocked by how well Kara and Barry could sing. And even if I did end up hating it, the last two and a half minutes or so were worth it. Cause, even as a dude, I'm a sucker for sweet and romantic stuff like that. Plus it was so good to finally see Barry do something right.

This was actually the one song in the whole episode that reminds me of La La Land. I remember hearing rumors earlier that they got the same song writers from that movie for this musical episode, eh?
