Its not that only few have internet, it's just that his sound isn't what usually trends in Western/sub saharan Africa. If you see songs that trend in the African space its usually songs that lean more towards pan-African themed beats or Afro-inspired tracks. For instance this particular song is more country. The market for country here isn't as big when compared to other countries out side Africa, so the views (as expected) will translate to this and won't be as high. But try another track like Johnny by yemi Alade, or short and sweet by Sauti sol, or Inama by Diamond. All African Artist who get millions of views. He is super talented though and deserves to form his niche in the market.
