I always pick up tips about the nuance of each movement, i.e., turning your wrist a certain way, elbow position, length / depth of movement, and so on. Thank you! I'm 66 years old and for some time I have worked out separate body parts: M-Chest, Tu-Biceps & Triceps, W-Shoulders, Th-Back, F-Legs & Abs. I am working around some minor tears in my rotator cuff, for now no surgery...just yet. Would you suggest going to 3 day split: M-Chest, Shoulders, Triceps, W-Back & Biceps, F-Legs & Abs?
