Platformers are some of the most fun games, especially on the Nintendo Switch. Its a great device to play these games, and there are a lot of good platformers on the Switch. So in this video we go over the Top 20 Platformers available on the Nintendo Switch as of 2021. Enjoy!

Suggestion: Add list of games with timestamps to description.
Splasher is an incredible platformer and a must play. You can pick it up for real cheap on sale but worth every penny at 15.00.

I bought Mario 3D All Stars and I gotta say, Sunshine is a bloody gem. It looks gorgeous today! So glad to be playing it for the first time and sooo glad I bought before the prices skyrocketed..

My favorite platform game was pac man world 2 I played on GameCube I cut my toe off and had it put back on and wasn't able to walk for about 3 weeks and I played that game probably 20 times over if you guys got a ps2 or GameCube you got to play that game its cheap to
Ori, rayman legends Mario odyssey and Spyro collection are all tied as my top spot TBH.

Kaze, pankapu, and alex kidd are also very good.
Kaze is a bit on the short side, but the controls and level design are fantastic. Anyone that loves DKC-style platformers needs to play it.
[Giana Sisters Twisted Dreams] is a most.
I watched this video hoping to find something similar to the Ori series. I just cannot find anything that stand up to them. None are as fun, beautiful, original or impressive as those games. I’ve beaten both of them twice and I love them and I’m having such a difficult time trying to find something similar. Hopefully they will come out with a third game in the series soon!

No hate because I know people can have diffrent oppinions but the fact that the Little Nightmares games are not NUMBER FUCKING ONE on this list should be considered a felony and make you an enemy of the state. (again no hate, great job on the rest of the video)

Man, I hated that game. I’ll fully admit it’s because I just didn’t get it. I couldn’t get passed the very first starting area. I tried watching videos to help me and I just couldn’t get it.

Splasher and imposible Lair are amazing and underate games. Celeste is probable the Best 2d plataform Game that I have ever played.
I can't recomend a hat in time. It is a Bad Game on switch.
I tried A hat in time on xbox one but it wasnt really my cup of tea, I found it a bit repetitive and got lost plenty of times inside the levels because the game is very bad at explaining where the player needs to go.

what kills me is how these games from the 90s/30 years old/from the NES are still made and they want $20+ for some of them, if it looks like something from 30 years ago then it should be under $5, it is not hard for something like celeste to at least be snes or even n64 but all these games that get pumped out looking like C64 or NES and go for more than twenty bucks is just ridiculous.
Now introducing emulators. You can play switch games at the low price of 0.00$. There's many emulators including two emulators that are more known than the others, those being Ryujinx and Yuzu. You can even emulate say Wii games with other emulators. Most popular probably being Dolphin. so try it today for free.(Some emulators may have fees but i recommend avoiding the ones with fees. All emulators i mentioned do not have fees. I will not supply roms.)
