Hi Winnie - we use these alarms and have an issue where the alarm triggers a constant beeping alarm. It continues for >10 minutes until the batteries die. Is this the SOS function? How can we prevent this from happening apart from removing the batteries?
Hello Jordan ,when it is in DISARM ,SOS function will automatically when sensing the 45 degree angle , like bikes fall down . but if you uprear the bike , it will not sound . yes , removing the batteries may be a solution , then load the batteries to check how it work .

i am so sorry to hear that , you can install it in secret place for your bike , now we only have battery type , will have recharged type in near future
yes , it works on a garage door for alarm function ,but it will be little wasted for its triaxial accelerometer sensor , if for door/window and something like this , you can use just a vibration/magnetic sensor or just dual sensor of vibration +magnetic . KS-SF03R or KS-SF04R or KS-SF06R produced by our factory is ok for that .
