replace the battery :1.using the provided screwdriver , remove screw from the bottom of alarm 2. insert triangular plate into opening on bottom and twist to separate each side , then you can take the cover for the alarm , you can replace the batteries freely
Hello, can you help me? i was looking for a way to adjust the volume level, i pressed and holded the "Bell" bottom, then i pressed "Ringtone" bottom. Now no matter what i do there's absolutely NO SOUND, there's a silence. what could be the reason?
you can unload the batteries of the alarm and the battery of the remote , then load them , and see or repair both as a set to check
Hello it can also be that you accidentally deprogrammed the alarm from the remote easy to do did it myself
replace the battery of the remote : the remote battery is 1*27A type , use the provided screwdriver to remove the 4 screws on the back of the remote , remove back plate and replace battery .
I bought the rechargeable alarm not using battery...does it has same instruction with this one ?
iguess it is not the same as our type , because our type is battery powered , different company has different ways , so it may has different instruction with this one
When the alarm is triggered will it stop after a few seconds or will it go on until I deactivate it with the remote?
hello Alexis , when it triggered , it will have 2S for warning , if you trigger it again , 30s for alarm , during this time you can deactivate it with the remote

it is one way , the remote has no reminder function , but better to remember ARM the alarm , before your leaving , make sure arm it .
I program my remote and it works but when I press arm or disarm nothing happens why?
I only get one beep when I connect the batteries.
one beep when connecting the batteries , it is ready , so if you trigger it , it will have another beep for 2s , if you trigger or move it again , then it will have 30s sound

you can refer to the user manual , for sensitivity adjustment : press and hold the unlock key for about 6 seconds , and the LED will turn off and then back on , press the lock key once , and it will sound from DO up to your current sensitivity setting , repeatedly press the lock key until you hear the desired musical pitch . once desired sensitivity is confirmed , press the unlock key once to exit the setting .

Program the first remote: unload the batteries ,then load them after
around 30s, press and hold doorbell key, then you will hear a beep, press ARM/DISARM key

I've got 2 alarms and 2 remote controls but both are "decoded?" , can't pair any remote with any alarm.
I had paired one remote with both alarms and then when i tried to pair the 2nd remote I must have done something wrong and i decoded the 1st remote ?
Now, I remove the batteries from the alarm, put them back, I long press the "BELL" key, I press the "ARM, DISAR" key and I get 3 beeps, NOT 2 that is the succesfull pairing

I long press the "bell" button, then "disarm" or "arm" BUT .... No 2 beeps for pairing.
I get 3 beeps.

@@EverlastingEclipses do you mean when it is in sleep mode you want to active ?Way to active : press and hold ARM button on remoter，it will sound a short beep ,wait for a few seconds then shake the alarm till 3 short beeps , then activation is successful .If batteries replacement, there is no need to reactive.
