tip: I pre mix my overnight oats dry mixture (oats, cinnamon, chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc) in a large container so that I won’t have to measure out the ingredients every week
my personal overnight oats recipe: 1/2 cup oats 1/2 cup your choice of milk (i use almond) 1 tbsp chia seeds 1/4 greek yogurt 1 tsp sweetener (i use honey but you can also use maple syrup) splash of vanilla (i actually skip the vanilla and sweetener and just use sweetened vanilla almond milk cuz i’m lazy) it’s delicious!!
When I’m running late for my classes (which is almost every day) I put my cereal in a solo cup, grab a spoon, and head out the door. It’s also great if you’re a commuter like me, Because it conveniently sits right in your cup holder!

Love the smoothie one for the reason you mentioned. I get up at 5am....and have a vitamix....not a great combo so I never get smoothies...but now hopefully I will!
Thank you for this. I work all the time and am a single mom and have been looking for simple hacks to meal prep and these ideas are great. I've subscribed.
I blend smoothies and put them in ziplock bags and lay flat in the freezer. Then the night before, I take out to thaw and then put in the fridge. Then in the morning you can pour in mug to take to work or sip it at home! Thanks for these tips Nicole
I live to batch cook things like rice, quinoa, couscous and chicken so I have them ready when I need them. If I’m not going to use the extra during that week, I package it up and freeze it for future meal plans.
Thank you for the delicious recipes and the briliant meal prep hacks! I made the toaster pancakes. What a wonderful idea! Also, I always have in my fridge lemon wedges from previous meal prep🍋 Looking forwards to recieve more ideas xoxo from Israel

i loved the chia pudding, pancakes, freezed baked goods and the dip one. Also is the lunchbox you used is it affordable, and will it keep certain things cool during the school day?

Bring ideas for a person that shares the fridge with 7 more girls, having half of a fridge shelf, a little bit of the door and a little bit of a fridge drawer, then only a shelf in the cabinete and a shelf for food in the desk, please, that is challeging.
Andreia Gomes I feel you girl! I did it for 7 months when I went abroad. Sharing housing SUCKS! I recommend finding recipes for meals that use some of the same ingredients so you don’t have to buy as much food. Canned soups are very convenient and much healthier than ramen. Bananas were my favorite game changer for breakfast. I would make pancakes with them since they don’t require as many ingredients as regular pancakes and freeze them or store them in the fridge and eat them throughout the week by popping them in a toaster oven or heating up in the pan (whichever is available to you). Eggs are also very versatile and Rice can save you a lot of money as a carb for most meals. My choice of protein is frozen chicken breasts Because you can generally cook them frozen or thawed. If you make one meal that serves several people you can portion the food into containers for the week as well. Try to stick to one or two fruits/veggies for the week too. My favorites were broccoli and sweet potatoes. If you’re on a budget go to the dollar tree for your spices and condiments. It’s amazing how much variety you can make from the same foods just by using various spices. I hope you find this helpful. Good luck! 💕
during this virus I have noticed my kids always eating from boredom. I'd like to see some bento box ideas that keep the kids form binge eating and only eat what is in the boxes during the day. Grated my children don't eat gluten.
