    I would like to see what would you eat, if you had czech salary or czech pension. Czech normal salary for 1/3 of Czechs is around 14 000 CZk, that´s around 630 USD. Czech pension is usually around 10 000 CZK, it´s about 450 USD.

      @@martinaskupin9549 I could I grew up where my parents had to feed 5 people on 1 salary and my mom always made delicious healthy food on a budget. You don't have to go to the health food store to get organic food, healthyfood. I go right to shoprite and I shop what I need and you I need and usually what I need is inexpensive.

      @@colleendianuzzo I never went to health food store. And believe me, vegetables in the Czech republic is expensive and not in good state in grocery shops. You would be in shock. Any vegetable.

    I went caffeine free this month and have to say the change in anxiety has been unreal. I’ve had absolutely no anxiety all month, even during all of the chaos right now. I’m never going back to regular coffee!

      100% your diet affects your anxiety! The more meat you eat that is pumped with hormones the more anxiety you will get.

    Thank you for sharing this and your struggles, I couldn’t agree more that what you eat and drink affects your mental health. I’ve been searching for the things that work for me for years too.
    I find raw cacao powder (magnesium rich) Brazil nuts for selenium and anything naturally probiotic really helps me. Such as kefir yogurt, cheese and kombucha (sooo tasty) good luck with your anxiety journey I know first hand it’s a hard one to face on the day to day. Love this video ❤️

    I came on here looking for videos to help with my current anxiety, which usually veer toward the more philosophical/psychological/motivational...I feel like I came across this for a reason! I honestly had not evaluated what I have been eating to contribute to my anxiety! I eat healthy anyways, but I think I need to be more careful..Thanks for such an informative video.

      Becky Rollins what kind of juicer do you have? In a health coach and I use juicers twice a week. I’ve a slow juicer so my juices are fresh and last up to 3 days. Yes it’s a bit of work but the rewards are there as well:) been juicing for a decade and happily stepping into my late 30s ;) juicing and smoothies in the morning are great for skin and overall anti-aging health

      Gigi there is an idealist and then there the practical ones :) green juice is still good enough with its property almost intact if stored in glass container and if you’ve got a slow juicer. Fast juicers is where I’ve observed juice doesn’t stay another day because of the oxidation process. Hopefully this helps.

    I struggle with anxiety as well and a change in food does help with anxiety. When i eat cleaner my anxiety is decreased

    I dont know if I'm even allowed to do this but when I made my minestrone soup that required leek, I also chopped the leaves super small and added it as veggie stock to the soup. I think I did it in another soup as well. It softened and we all ate it lol

    And having PhD in Neuroscience I totally agree with the expression that gut is your second brain. Among others, Serotonin (hormon of happiness) is synthesised in our gut. That alone is pretty convincing :) And if you would like to check out some of my comforting recipes I would recommend you try my Thai Curry. Already making it is super soothing (I guess all of the fragrant spices tickling the brain) :)

    I quit coffee a month or so ago and have taken up Caf Lib. It IS good. I was impressed from the first sip. Thanks for the recommendation. Also, such a perfect and cute tea mug with the avocados!

      Stephanie Papi If you’re trying avoid blood sugar spikes, you should look into the glycemic load (not to be confused with glycemic index) of your carbohydrate sources (:

      Although they are less processed, foods such as maple syrup, honey and dates (as mentioned in this video) are still forms of sugar and will cause your blood glucose levels to rise

    The correct pronunciation of bruschetta is brusKetta. Ch is a ‘hard’ sound in Italian. Hope that helps 🤗

    Which cheaper blender did you use? I can’t find it linked... i would love a vitamix, but i just can’t afford it🙈 the blender i currently have makes smoothies with flax or nuts really chunky... not even the spinach blends well 🙈

    Are you sensitive to even small amounts of caffeine? I am very sensitive which I have always found such a shame since I love coffee and tea and I want to benefit from their antioxidant properties, I currently drink decaffeinated coffee and green tea but find I have to even be careful with that as it seems to affect me. I'm wondering if I should be even more careful.

    100% agree with you. I suffer with anxiety and truthfully when I eat poorly I definitely feel it. Just like exercise, always helps with my mental health also. I need to try Herbal coffee. ;)

      It's just soackes cashes with water and 1 date per 1 1/2 cup blended. She then added chai spices. You can make it thick like eggnog or more thin by the amount of water you put

    I really like this video and the suggestions behind it except for suggesting to still have caffeine :/ caffeine and alcohol are the two first things to omit from your diet for those with severe or even mild anxiety
