A question I would like to ask you is that when I try to meditate I cannot. As my body starts to do Kriyas and my breathing goes deep. At times I feel that I am not even breathing. Any ideas on what is happening to me?

Please dont get me wrong.... I was just curious as I was doing my own research on how the mind works.....I researched abt it and mostly what you say is all similar.... but what i heard from enlightned people is that when ure third eye opens you get the absolute knowledge.... ie what really is the reality that exists..... you dont need to read and learn from other sources..... you get the absolute knowledge.... now snce you claim your third eye is opened...i was wondering is it your own experience or scientific research.... You see i believe that our mind is the greatest deceiver and a trickster.... i can tell you something about how the mind is structured and at first you may find it crap....but later on it gets into your subconscious mind and stays there...then again if someone else tell you about the same thing you start.... in a way believing it.... because your subconscious mind stored that info.... by repeating again and again or listening / reading the info your mind believes that its the truth.... thats how dogma and paradigms have been built.... so i think thats why mystics say first clean the mind to zero...then the true knowledge dawns upon you. Now I was wondering how did you gather all the knowledge.... did you read it on the web and then verified based on your experience or is it purely ure own experience..... I watched all your videos and have watched them many times and liked a lot as you tend to narrate is a very detailed manner where we can understand....
