JC! I'm filming my first fitness video this weekend, just curious - did you film everything in 60 so that you could slow it down since it was so run and gun? Or did you have an idea before some of the shots that you knew you wanted either 24p or 60p for that specific shot?

Congrats on the first job man! Yeah for this I filmed it all in 60, once it’s on a 24fps timeline it looks fine to me anyway. It slows me down having to go back and forth changing the fps and shutter speeds so I stick with 60 personally!
