  • Have you ever wondered why some people start off with the gym and seem to make progress effortlessly, when others put in training session after training session to see very few results. Listen, I know how frustrating it can feel to see someone make twice the progress as you did in half the time. You ask: “ how is he making so much progress so fast ?”, “Why am I not getting the same results ?”, “What does he have that I’m missing ?”
Whoever you have in mind, you need to understand that it’s not your fault. You don’t have control over the progress he makes and the same is true for the progress you make. This is something we call genetics. In this video we'll cover exactly how to determine your genetic potential and what your true genetic potential is.

Yeah 100%, I'll give you an example. My chest has always been quite weak, no matter how hard I trained it. My biceps on the other hand have always been much stronger. That shows me more abundant fast twitch muscle fibers in my biceps and more slow twitch muscle fibers in my chest. Another example is that our heart is mostly made of slow twitch muscle fibers, because it has to pump all day everyday and isn't about doing pumping really hard for a short time, but about pumping for a lifetime
