Joey, I apologize for the tardy response! There are so many ways you can mix it in. You can put it in on a leg day, or you can put it at the end of an upper body day. It depends on what phase of training you are. I will give two examples #1 - let's say you are on a Monday Thursday split for legs. On Monday you do your regular leg workout, you will probably still be sore on Thursday. So you will take this workout and implement the more dynamic movements on Thursday. You can make part of your workout, or you can do it Crossfit style. For example 5 rounds for time 4 front load lunge + 4 thrusters (135 lbs) 12 box jumps 30" Time yourself and do this with other players to see where you are at

I will get on it:) if we are showing running backs how to get bigger,stronger faster, we have to show the linebackers how to tackle them
