Awesome, they are the best, in my opinion. The rubber feet on mine are about time to replace, but still has traction. I recommend every once in a while to scrub the steps with a brush if your feet get them dirty. Reason why is for maximum traction. When dirt gets in the grooves it minimizes traction on this latter as they are slightly angled. Also, I wouldnt recommend wd 40 on twist locks. It attracts dirt and in time they will get harder to turn.
Just got one of these today from home depot for $99.. its regularly $219.. always wanted a gorilla ladder.. can't wait to use it

What a great deal! I'm ready to buy one at $159, seems the lowest my Home Depot will go. I'm replacing a cumbersome wooden ladder. Happy holidays!
