    This routine is dope, IDK why people assume you can't get big at planet fitness. I love that you STRESS form and the stretch. I just started my journey bro but I'm glad I have found your humble yet informative videos. Saluté

      Because most of the people that go to the gym have no clue where they're doing. And think you can only get big out at a Meathead gym.

      There’s no reason in the world why a person can’t get in shape or get big at “Planet Fitness”…
      I’ve seen people get big just off of “Calisthenics” alone in the house or outside at the park, so there’s no reason why it can’t happen for you at “Planet Fitness”…….
      There’s plenty of weights there and i don’t see anyone lifting the whole gym so that’s a bunch of crap…
      3 reasons why it won’t happen for you..
      1). Too lazy!!
      2). You don’t know what you’re doing!!
      3). Not taking it seriously!!!

    I take working out very seriously and I’ve been wanting to workout in a different environment than our school gym and I thought planet fitness was a joke until I saw this. I may have to make a trip up there now.

    Im gonna try this, i started 1 month ago and i havent felt much of a burn :(. Only once while doing chest.Im a try this, normally i workout until i cant do no more i do 4 sets of 15 reps for every excersice

    Is it best to focus on one body part at a time or is mixing ok. Like a few back reps then biceps or finish one at a time

      I do it exactly how I did in the video...always 4-5 exercises on one then move on to 4-5 on the other

      Your doing this whole workout and don’t feel anything? Are you doing 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps each exercise? Do you do slow controlled reps and squeeze at the bottom?
