Most people with mental illness dont hurt anyone, so please dont throw a stigma on them - if they are seen as guilty even before they done smth they will most likely not look for help before victims occur.

The kids that we feed, we love and give as many hugs and as much affection as we can in a day! I don't think I could go back to the classroom if I went through what these educators have! His families may have had their flaws, but they had a lot of love. Tim Jr. never went to school in ratty clothing or a lunch of bread a grapes. I would bet he made more money than his father did too! His father wouldn't have missed a kindergarten graduation. I would say Timothy Jones Jr is a sociopath. He lacks empathy and shows no genuine remorse at all. Fake crying; no actual tears. It appears that from birth he lacked the normal bonding that a mother and child must have in order for the child to develop in a healthy way. This in no way excuses his actions. I believe he knew exactly what he was doing. I really feel for his father, he seems like he was a wonderful grandfather and genuinely loved and adored his grandkids. I always feel so heartbroken for the parents of murderers, if they have been normal parents, as in this case, then they are victims just as much as the murdered ones. It's kinda like this father got murdered too, his life is over too, he has to live the rest of his life as the grandfather of those murdered children, or as the father of the man who murdered his children... for me that would be unbearable, I would either end my life or leave everything, move to another place where noone recognizes me and try to start over there. This has probably taken a toll on this father and you can tell that he is so broken. This is why I feel so sorry for both sides of families who have to go through such a horrific ordeal. Before I became a loving mother myself, I leaned towards the death penalty law. However, when I became a mother, and as I matured in age through life,..now an elderly woman; mother; wife; grandmother, I have conflicting issues with the death penalty. I don’t understand nor say that I am right,.. but this kind of situation has to be on the list of top worse ordeals as a parent.💔
Love Pet Crazy is not considered a disorder. He needed help from a psychiatrist to determine what his underlying problem was. Men are not as apt to seek mental help as women are. If he was diagnosed earlier it would have most likely ended up in a much better outcome. The children may have been placed back with their biological mother or a guardian. So many do not seek help for the fact they will be seen as “Crazy”. That phrase needs to be put away.

The question though is would the prosecution take death off the table? My late little boy was murdered in April, and if they pursue death, they [the DA] said they don’t have to offer a plea deal depending on the circumstance.

I do believe the death penalty is an option for these jurors. I don't think there are any laws stating that they must have plea deals on any case. Plea deals are offered to either side from the other side but I don't think it has to be given.

While I understand the defence is just doing their job and that trauma from severe abuse and neglect in childhood can have a negative impact on you as an adult BUT the key to being a successful adult is understanding that only you are responsible for the direction your life takes and the choices you make. I just find this expectation that you deserve a “perfect childhood” is ridiculous. In most cases we are lucky enough to have parents who genuinely love us and provided for us but all humans are flawed and beyond the basics there is no one right way to raise a child and most parents do the best they can with what they know. Many people face challenges during their childhood and in fact often highly successful people will credit the difficulties they faced growing up as helping to make them who they are. Children need to learn that there will always be hardships in life and that life isn’t always fair and the only thing we truly have full control over is ourselves, how we behave and the choices we make. An easy life with no challenges doesn’t help children to develop resilience and it’s important to encourage them to face their problems and find ways to deal with them. It’s not failure that defines us it’s how we respond to it.

The kids that we feed, we love and give as many hugs and as much affection as we can in a day! I don't think I could go back to the classroom if I went through what these educators have! His families may have had their flaws, but they had a lot of love. Tim Jr. never went to school in ratty clothing or a lunch of bread a grapes. I would bet he made more money than his father did too! His father wouldn't have missed a kindergarten graduation. I have seen the hurt in children's eyes when they had a mom/dad's breakfast or a grandparent's day without someone (even having my own mother serve as an adoptive grandmother), but a graduation. I would say Timothy Jones Jr is a sociopath. He lacks empathy and shows no genuine remorse at all. Fake crying; no actual tears. It appears that from birth he lacked the normal bonding that a mother and child must have in order for the child to develop in a healthy way. This in no way excuses his actions. I believe he knew exactly what he was doing. I really feel for his father, he seems like he was a wonderful grandfather and genuinely loved and adored his grandkids. Bless those poor, innocent children.

After killing his children & destroying his dad & any other relatives, he plead not guilty just to bring more agonizing pain by making them re-live the horrendous murder during trial. He only cares about himself & if he gets life he will die faster than if he sits on death row.

I always feel so heartbroken for the parents of murderers, if they have been normal parents, as in this case, then they are victims just as much as the murdered ones. It's kinda like this father got murdered too, his life is over too, he has to live the rest of his life as the grandfather of those murdered children, or as the father of the man who murdered his children... for me that would be unbearable, I would either end my life or leave everything, move to another place where noone recognizes me and try to start over there. I do hope he has people who cares and stand by his side. And I also understand why he doesn't want deathpenalty for his SON, no matter what; that piece of garbage is his SON.

This has probably taken a toll on this father and you can tell that he is so broken. This is why I feel so sorry for both sides of families who have to go through such a horrific ordeal. Before I became a loving mother myself, I leaned towards the death penalty law. However, when I became a mother, and as I matured in age through life,..now an elderly woman; mother; wife; grandmother, I have conflicting issues with the death penalty. I don’t understand nor say that I am right,.. but this kind of situation has to be on the list of top worse ordeals as a parent.💔

Love Pet Crazy is not considered a disorder. He needed help from a psychiatrist to determine what his underlying problem was. Men are not as apt to seek mental help as women are. If he was diagnosed earlier it would have most likely ended up in a much better outcome. The children may have been placed back with their biological mother or a guardian. So many do not seek help for the fact they will be seen as “Crazy”. That phrase needs to be put away.

The question though is would the prosecution take death off the table? My late little boy was murdered in April, and if they pursue death, they [the DA] said they don’t have to offer a plea deal depending on the circumstance.

I'm pretty sure it's too late for any type of plea deal. They would have had to try that before the trial. I do believe the death penalty is an option for these jurors. I don't think there are any laws stating that they must have plea deals on any case.
Plea deals are offered to either side from the other side but I don't think it has to be given.

I think the best thing to do here is to focus on the positive. Because every time I hear of the things he did, I want to throw up again. This children are all Angles 😂 now and in the hands of God. They will never know hurt, pain or hunger again. Let's think and look at it that way from now on, please.
While I understand the defence is just doing their job and that trauma from severe abuse and neglect in childhood can have a negative impact on you as an adult BUT the key to being a successful adult is understanding that only you are responsible for the direction your life takes and the choices you make. I just find this expectation that you deserve a “perfect childhood” is ridiculous. In most cases we are lucky enough to have parents who genuinely love us and provided for us but all humans are flawed and beyond the basics there is no one right way to raise a child and most parents do the best they can with what they know. Many people face challenges during their childhood and in fact often highly successful people will credit the difficulties they faced growing up as helping to make them who they are. Children need to learn that there will always be hardships in life and that life isn’t always fair and the only thing we truly have full control over is ourselves, how we behave and the choices we make. An easy life with no challenges doesn’t help children to develop resilience and it’s important to encourage them to face their problems and find ways to deal with them. It’s not failure that defines us it’s how we respond to it.
