@@aksfactory yeah when you buy a digital copy, you only buy the license to use it you don’t technically own the game I want physical copies of my games
@@silent9pca lot of older video games like old need for speed titles are not available digitally for example, same goes for a lot of older media. ubisoft is pushing a narrative that their video games should be treated more like a subscription and you don’t actually own it, even though you paid full price for the game. there’s also been cases when steam removed some games from the store and even your library, Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Phantoms for example.
Imagine going into 2024 and still using discs
i'd rather have a disc that i can always read instead of having a digital copy that can be removed at any point
