It doesn't just stop at the almost 8 million for the real estate. Property taxes, a great deal of insurance, staff, security, utility bills. How long are you going to be able to keep up the life style, even if you are very frugal with everything else. I think I'd rather get something around 1 or 2 million, maybe 5 or 8 acres, and have a housekeeoer, one maid, a chef and Gardner. And a secure amount of money to operate it all for at least 15 to 18 years. And I wouldn't just let it set there while I traveled somewhere for the winter or somewhere for the summer, etc., etc. I'd want to enjoy it and have it be a real home, not just a show place. And I think I'd rather be in Arizona or New Mexico, as opposed to California. I know. Who cares? Lol.

Beyonce needs to ask Jay Z to buy this for her anniversary gift! With all the dumb rich rappers nowadays, this can be some serious investment rental property for music videos, movies, vacationing, etc.... Beautiful as it is, it could pay for itself.
