What an amazing estate, it requires a dedicated landscaping crew, security team, not to mention staff for catering, household cleaning and a maintenance team for plumbing and HVAC. Wowzah!

Not worth it.....you can build a bigger chateau somewhere else for less money ...but all those fires in California.....No way I would have a house there.
@The Elapid King
That's like working for Uncle Sam. Even if I were a billionaire, I would prefer to do a short term rental on this house (just as a vacation hideout) rather than buying it.
Not to mention operating cost ... period. Inculding payroll and insurance.

@@annonymously331 It is not an insult simply an observation. Ronald Reagan's home was behind and down around the curve from this house and since the investor bought 4 lots and homes and put them together, my memory is that includes the Ronald Reagan home. I used to live in SOCAL and used to tour all around this area for fun.
UPDATE.. Okay I just did some research and I am right. .. Do a Google maps search for 668 St. Cloud Road and you will see the Reagan home was directly behind Chartwell and down behind the cement swimming pond (POOL). I was right.
What is also interesting is the address was changed from 666 St. Cloud Road due to its Satanic conotations to 668 St Cloud.
