I’ve lost a few saturday mornings and even from watching these videos. I have two favorite homes from this series that are both in La Jolla . I’ve probably watched those two houses over and over just 100 times. One I drove past on a trip down La Jolla last month and in person it was completely breathtaking.

Its drab i would totally redecorate it liven it up and to bring it out more, also gone would be the animals, the horses can stay🐴, i would keep the guest house for security staff, i would add a gazebo and hot tub, i would keep the tennis court and double up and use it as a basketball court as well, aside from those personal preferences this is a beautiful home with great potential for whatever anyone wants to suit their taste and style.
Why is this house so “cheap” in comparison to the usual LA hotspots??? Is it purely down to location? This property in Beverly/hollywood hills would easily be 20 mil! Or maybe its haunted! 🤣
Use to work as a delivery person for a business in RSF; those people are the snobiest ive ever come across. Its as though they believe other humans are beneath them.
