You are really great teacher. When I listen you as a language learner ı always have a feeling that everyone in the whole word might understand your speech even though they have no even one word in English in their mind.
Christian you are the Best. When I'm watching yours videos I understand even those word's wich I haven't known before. I'm refugee from Ukraine in Finland And your videos realy helps me in my life.
Dear Christian, you seem so kind and humble but I can see you posses vast knowledge and a effortless way of communicating it. Thank you for sharing it . From Spain .
Your explanations make these English grammar rules seem to be normal for English learners; only special teachers could do it. Thank you, and salutations from Algeria.
Brilliant and such a simple explanation! I spent years to grasp these basic pictures... I wish I had English learning this way at school age. Christian, hats off to you!
I'm completely blown away by your creativity/style/methodology and attention to detail. It's just fascinating! Arguably one of the best English professors out there! Thank you for sharing that!
Very pleased to see a new video from you! And yes, native English speakers really do add '-y' to nouns to turn them into adjectives in informal speech. "Gosh, that was a bit garlicky"; "It was nice, but just a bit too ... chocolatey, you know?"
I'm doing a psychology in English course and watching your videos I enjoy them both! To me they are not only about English, but also about how educational/cognitive psychology works! Great job, Sir! 👏
This Chapter is 👌 🌲 SUGGESTIONS (1) "ing" Adjective "To Describe How Someone feels about Somethibg" (2) "ed" Adjective To Express the Someone Tendencies"
I am so glad I have come across your video on Tiktok re-upload and found a comment that directed me to your real youtube account. You have earned a subscriber here. You have explained these topics very well! Thank you!
Thank you so much, Cristian. ❤ A few days, that I discovered your channel, I'm enjoying each your class. Now I'm studeing Spanish around 11 month and all you told about English, also acceptable for Spanish. You told about logical and illogical aspects. I'm livind in Israel about 22 years and more illogical language that Hebrew is, you cann't find in the world.😂 But "playing" with words and contexts - was and still is the most joyful game for me.
Wow, been learning English for like a decade now and it’s the first time I ever hear about “shared knowledge” when it comes to the usage of articles in English
Happy new year. Your videos made my year struggling with TOEFL. Prepare for test ruins my enthusiastic to learn English. While your videos inspired me to keep on learning.
The perfect aspect suggests the word "after" to me. "This boy is after saying a bad word, teacher" (James Joyce). In standard English, this would be "This boy has just said a bad word." Yes, the perfect aspect is used when the "deed" was done before something: before some other event, before the time specified, before then or before now. If the "deed" is/was in the past, but the time is not specified, we can use either PRES PERF or PAST SIMPLE. Both "Atticus, did you see Mr. Arthur?" (Harper Lee) and "Atticus, have you seen Mr. Arthur?" are fine to me. Other factors, such as whether the time is complete, whether the artist is dead or alive, relevance to the present, and the word order can affect which verb form is more likely to be used. Compare "I have never ..." (PRES PERF) and "Never did I ..." (PAST SIMPLE).
You are the best teacher - you explain everything literally in the fingers I'm so glad I found your lessons and I must to say you- Thank you SO MUCH because you are doing a great job for us, who needs such a good teacher. My greetings to you from Ukraine and thank you for your help🙏
About articles - I heard (and like) the idea of A- and T-words. If you can say about the context words ALL, ALIKE, ABOUT, AROUND - then the article should be "a/an". If you can say THIS, THAT, THOSE, THESE - then place "the".
Dear Christian, thank you very-very much for your good help to all of us to be more and more English-y 😊 Wish you all the best! And I wish to all of us to have the next creative lesson from you! 🍕
