I'm learning English by myself, I don't have a teacher or a friend to help me on my way. But after 3 years of learning I can say that my English has improved and today I am able to read, listen and write in English. Yes, I make mistakes, I'm just a human being and who doesn't make mistakes?

As far as other skills is concerned, I don't care so much, but when I'm speaking I'm afraid to make mistakes and I think It's because I'm shy! A motivating video. We come alone and pass away alone and all life long, the short one, we are scared to tell our story.
I have been subscribed to this channel since 2017. I was learning English and struggling a lot. I was neither confident nor insecure. In November 2018, I started my studies in Foreign Language Teaching (English and French) and took many English courses, failed exams and feeling ashamed for years. People made fun of my insecurity when it came to handling English and it did not help me gain confidence in myself. This channel has always encouraged me for years, Christian is an amazing teacher and content creator for learners of different levels. Behind my achievements, I have many failures but now I can say that I got my degree with distinction last year, I am a Spanish assistant in France for 7 months and I am proud to say that I am an ESL/FLE Teacher. It was this channel that taught me best how to learn English and never give up. Thank you a lot Canguro English, you are part of my language learnning journey!
The point is: You must be strong and proud enough to openly admit that you have made a mistake or have been wrong, if that is the case. This courage would make you free and much more powerful, whatever the situation may be, and it’d give you wings....
That Avianca story is absolutely unbelievable. I am using Avianca for this year's flights to and from Europe. I believe communication between pilots and air controllers has improved.

Thank you for this inspirational video. I have overcome that internal barriers to start speaking English in my past, but how great that would have been if I watched this back then.
To my surprise, I had more than thirty warts on my hands many years ago and they were treated by story telling of my father's friend. One day he came to our house and saw warts on my hand and told me that he can cure those warts. Although I didn't believe that it'll work, I told myself let's give it a try. He asked me to brought him dried sticks for each wart on my hand. I can't remember the exact amount, but they were about thirty dried sticks. He measured each stick with my hand (hand measurement) and cut them all exactly the same length. Then he bunched the sticks together and hit each warts on my hands slowly in turn and saying something in whispering like mantra or something. After three counts he gave me the sticks and told me to burry them in the edge of canal where people use it to take water from there. He said as the sticks start to rot, your warts will slowly disappear. I did burry the sticks eaxtly as he told me. After a few days the warts had eventually started to flatten and ceased to exist a week later in an order that I myself didn't notice them disappear.
