I just finished that in maybe two sittings, and the end did blow my mind. Lol. I just read Rock Paper Scissors by Alice Feeney today, and that book blew my mind a few times, so I gave it 5 stars. 😂
I read Green Eggs and Ham in 1 sitting. It was quite fitting.
Hehe I like this comment
OMG I LAUGHED ACTUALLY SO HARD AT THIS COMMENT
I don't read fast enough to do this lol
Fair enough 😂😂
It doesn’t have to be a 500 pages book. Could be 100 or less, still counts as a book 🙂
@@plankton383from how no life I was I read Harry Potter and the deathly hallows which was around 600 pages in one sitting, 8 hours! This series will always be one of my favs
@@bubbyx5716 is it possible to learn this power

Can you recommend more such books u read?thriller or crime ones
How can you put collen hoveer in the same space as holly jackson and alex?!?
@@idonthaveaname3046 i agree with on your views on Colleen’s books but for me verity stood different from all her other books,it clearly stated that whatever the characters were doing or saying was NOT correct
@@nashwa1808 ok if that's your opinion on it but I have read it and let me tell you we.are.not.the.same but I respect it
Those books are my favourite
The only book that I've read cover to cover in one sitting was Agatha Christie's "and then there were none."
I’m yet to read that, I have heard it’s super good!!
@@book.thangs sooo good
I’m sure to get that very soon☺️
Omg i read it in one sitting too
Started at 10 ,ended before 2am
Same
Better than the movies. It low key hits different 😫
110% true
How old to read that you think?
@Elly Slays yea same I’m 11 and I think I’m very mature
I’m not like one of those crazy annoying 11 year olds that cuss or are mean to others
@@user-yl2up2wk7rI thought ten because I read it when I was twelve and was already reading mature books like I read twilight at 8-9
The silent patiënt, amazing book! can not stop recommending it!
What do you think about the twist at the end!!!
Woahhh it has the most twisting plot. I love itttttttt 🥺
yesyesyesyes!!
Same it was amazing
nope I took it 30 days 😂
The Giver, the ending absolutely killed me though
If the first book hit you hard the book SON in the series will hit you harder. It did for me 😭
Silent patient.. Literally went with it in washroom😂❤
Yeahh😆
That's some next level shit you got there 😂😂
Ewwww, gross
Me too
I sometimes used to skip my classes just to read a new book lol 😆
I used to read Enid blyton novels during my school years by keeping it on top of my notebook or textbooks so that my mom wouldn’t notice.
Fr, it's so worth it 😄
@@bhavya7953man I love this comment. My mom passed at the beginning of 8th grade year. I was sad angry all of it. School was the last place I wanted to be and I used to get in so much trouble in all my classes because I would read while they taught and never did my work 😬 but really reading is what got me through that alot. ❤
In the last 15-16 days, I read 14 books✨
and I'm not lying
How'd you do it?? Mind recommending any tips??😅
Kudos!!!!👌👌
@@gracyk873 Well, when I wrote that comment, I was not feeling that good, so I read to escape that feeling
Plus my parents were not that happy with me (because I was not studying)
So to kinda annoy them, I read these books in my bed which disturbed my sleep schedules and left me with headaches
But it was worth it ig😅
And they were all mangas
@@Existomalus no they weren't:)
I miss the last time that I did read something in a sitting.
Which was the last book you did tho??
I just read Rock Paper Scissors today in one sitting. That book made my mouth drop a couple of times. 😆
Thousand splendid suns
I won't say in one sitting.. like it took few months to read first few chapters 😅.. but rest of the chapters was in a go
Alchemist for sure 😍 ❤

@Book Thangs honestly it was really babyish
Bruh it ends with us was hands down the stupidest book I ever read
@@book.thangsYuck🤮
They Both Die at the End by Adam Silvera, took me 11 hours but I didn’t get out of my seat until I finished that book. Ironically it also felt like my longest read since, if I added up the time spent on other books, it would come out to about 8 hours on average and those books were a lot longer too
I hv heard abt this books, how was it??
The summer I turned pretty. Idk how or why since I usually read fantasy but I just could not put it down! I guess it reminded me a bit of my holidays by the sea side:)
Dark Matter is one of my favorites!
I do not have book that I have read in one reading but I finished it very quickly, actually their are 2 books
One when I was in 4th grade , I read Dragon Masters part 1 in less than a day
and the other one is
Goosebumps : The Haunter
These 2 are SO GOOD!
“It’s Not Summer Without You” I’m in love with the series!
What’s it abt??
@@book.thangs well its not as much as a series. it’s a trilogy. Its the second book and the first one “summer I turned pretty” was good too! They made the first book into a t.v. Show/series on Amazon prime. And it’s a teenage romance about a girl
Most recent book I read in one sitting was Piranesi, I sat down with the intent of reading the first chapter and ended up knocking it out in like 3 hours it was such a page-turner
The books that I've read in one sitting was..
"No longer human" By osamu dazai and also "schoolgirl" By the same author....
"A series of unfortunate events. The Bad Beginning". Excellently written, fun, and a must read.
I’ll be sure to check that out👍🏻
Yes they were lots of fun! I believe I only got through the first four though
its in my TBR.
The Boy, the mole, the fox and the horse by Charlie Mackery
The Maze Runner series….

THE DO OVER!!!! By Lyn painter, it was short and I was on a plane 😅
I would read any comic book/graphic novel in one sitting
Same here as well 😂
I appreciate it, and I myself am a heavy comics reader (200+ manhwas and 50 mangas) but it doesn't count...
I coudn't put down To All The Bright Places. I bought this book in 2018 and still to this day whenever I am sad I just read it again and still I always feel the emotions even after all these years as if I was reading it for the first time.

By APJ Abdul Kalam??
Sherlock Holmes in one sitting. Incredible. Definitely recommended. I think My IQ got 20 percent higher after reading that book.😅
Ive never read a novel or even a novella in one day to be honest. The hallmark of a good book to me is that it fills me with so many questions and concepts that i have to put it down to contemplate and sus it out before going on. I wish i could just lay and read fiction for hours like in movies though. It seems very romantic.
If you are looking for that kinda book, check out recursion by Blake Crouch.
@@book.thangs thanks! I'll check that out.
KAYAN KOLLYN:
The great fantasy adventure book series for teens and youngsters 😊
One siting read book😊
Unmatched imaginary world ❤❤❤❤❤
I will definitely check that out!!!
Mine was Dear, Olly by Micheal Muphurgo. It quite a thin book and I finished it in about 2 hours. Sat there for 2 hours. I would recommend if you like books with a simple plot thats easy to grasp but still interesting and keeps you wanting to turn the page.
I only did that with one book, when I was a student: John Green's Paper Town.
Almost did it with The Godfather by Mario Puzo, and Niebla by Miguel de Unamuno right in the bookstore
In the bookstore?! That’s sick 👌👌
I didn’t do that but I read a whole book in one day but not in one sitting the book was The Miserable Mill book the fourth by Lemony Snicket
I read most of the books in one sitting 😂
I finished The book of Cold cases in a sitting too.

Yeah it’s was pretty gripping
Same i started it and could pause

The girls by Lisa jewel love it just l9ve it it's full of plot twists
I finished ACOWAR and then finished ACOFAS in less than an hour then read "We were liars"
Needed a reading break after that one-
I understand that😂😂
I haven’t done this yet but as a constant reader, it is my dream to be able to read at least one novel this fast. I couldn’t put Watchers down but that doesn’t really count since it wasn’t in one sitting. One day though, I WILL accomplish this.
The silent patient

The good son
Not to brag but I can read a lot of Dr. Seuss books in one sitting
I read almost all my books in one sitting 😅
Bc I have to much free time I’m a teen in summer so yeah

HUNGER GAMES (THE MOCKING JAY) , HARRY POTTER (THE HALF BLOOD PRINCE) , THE WIMPY KID (THE GATEWAY) , MURDER IN THE MEWS , A GOOD GIRL'S GUIDE TO MURDER!!!!

@@book.thangs Fax Tho
There are countless books that i have read in a single sitting. Some of them being The house across the lake, verity, It ends with us, Mindfuck series.

Well mine is ,"Our Wives Under the Sea" by Julia Armfield is a hauntingly beautiful journey into the depths of emotion and the surreal. Armfield's prose is captivating, painting vivid images that linger in the mind. The exploration of relationships and the human experience, coupled with the mysterious underwater element, creates a unique and thought-provoking narrative
Papillon by Henri Charrière
