Gorgeous location... loved all the outside space... renewing the gardens, clearing the weeds, placing lovely pots all around the hardscape. Loved the living dining areas... Great possibilities for a great price!

Ciao Rino. Una proprietà interessante con pocchissimo lavori da fare in effetti. Occore notare che ci sono due cucine, una al piano terra e una al piano sottoterra o nella cantina com'è spesso il caso in Italia. Mi chiedo perchè agli italiani piace avere due cucine in una casa monofamiliare?😎😎👍👍
Ciao Jean-Philippe! Sai com'è in Italia, la cucina è sempre al primo posto :) Quella del piano sottoterra si può usare in estate così non c'è bisogno di tornare sopra se stai mangiando all'esterno!

Yes! I love the idea of a summer kitchen down on the ground floor. The one upstairs looks a little lacking but the one downstairs has lots of room and will be great for gatherings and cookouts in the summer. Also I love the tile in the first bedroom!
