And knowing nothing else about Bomberman lore, I feel like my friend lied to me for over 20 years, I was so shocked.

the gameplay is very unique, how many games have you create bomb bridges to jump over obstacles? its pretty fun and yeah i played this game a lot as a kid, replayed it last week and found out there is an entire secret world, the inner child in me was so happy about it
I didn't even know there were hidden bosses in this game lol I was like.. 8 when i played this, i never FULLY beat it but i played the crap out of it. There were a lot of weird things left which i never figured out i guess.
Yet he trains you at the start, why did he turn all of a sudden? It reminds me of Bioshock with Atlas telling you to take out Andrew Ryan only to realise you were helping the real big bad just like taking out Altair to realise Sirius was using you just to steal his power.
Well, Altair and his comrades stole the omnicube from Sirius... then Sirius use Bomberman to stole it back... soo... he really had motives for all that mess i guess.
@@Devitraxstill, he was evil to begin with. But a well done charakter, but his ai in the last fight made me laugh. The rainbow palace was hard af and the boss, well, he 90% kills himself all the time xD
I'm not the only one who thought and still thinks Bomberman64 has no right being as aesthetic complete as it is. The bosses especially had some of the best "lock the fuck in" intros
This Gane is a masterpiece and I honestly ALWAYS wanted them to remaster this game once remasters started happening. This was my childhood and there are so many amazing aspects to this game. I always wondered why they decided to go the classic bomberman route for their ip in the future instead of the bomberman 64/second attack/hero route

Hit the human enemies on te head, en blow up 3 parts of the monsters. After that, finishing quick. Am I correct? (I also haven't watched after Altair, to keep the rest of the game a surprise.)
Im a lil late, still, for future watcher of this masterpiece, big bombs deal more damage, and its easier to hit the body parts that u need to burn for golden cards^^

No it's only for Bosses and the Bomberman rivals aka Sirius, Orion, Artemis, Regulus, Altair, it requires doing a requirement such as the Angler boss, survive on one piece of wood, hit the light on it's head, make it eat a bomb, throw a bomb at it etc or Hot Avenger, hit the boss with a bomb, hit the head piece off, hit it when it's submerging from lava, hit the arms off etc they are making invisible requirements on each boss without the game telling you that.

I got to admit that watching Rainbow Palace collide with Black Fortress and exploding was more satisfying than Sirius's death.

Yeah because you're not using Remote Bombs in this fight and he LOVES to avoid your bombs lol
Also, you're unable to get the remote bombs unless you want to risk the no item gold card.
I read a bit in the Bomberman wiki about the role of sirius i kinda like the plot its complex for such a kind a small game.
I loved his Charakter, i was so dissapointed as a kid . Its a nice plot tho, and the rainbow palace made me cry as a kid xD so damn hard
This game is one of the few games that are a hidden gem

I find it funny that you can throw Sirius off the stage and it counts as a ring out when clearly he can fly
The High-Tech Harvester is the WORST BOSS I HAVE EVER FACED! Sorry, it’s a pain to get 5 gold cards before you defeat him! 😤😫
