Every kid needs to polish rocks before they grow up. Its fun, the rocks changes so very much and is is a practical lesson in Patience. Its one of those things hard to teach but easy to learn when you have polished rocks.

I have moved those kinds of augers and you are right.. They are extremely heavy. Be careful. I grew up on a farm and have some back issues bc I lifted things I shouldn’t have. That’s farming. You do things you have to do.
Thanks for sharing your day with us. When I had livestock and ran an electric fence the best advice I was given was to make the lowest strand an earth so that grass and weeds did not interfere with the circuit. It made a huge difference for me so it might be worth a try for you too.

As part of my job I've been a certified crane rigger for the company I worked for. With a two vehicle one load lift like you were doing hand signals is preferred. Your left hand tells the tractor operator on the left what to do and your right hand tells that operator what to do. Agree with others you need a tri pod for camera work. No one told you how to use both hand but you did good. Radios can be confusing with multiple operators ...hand signals are instant. I betcha' LB knows those signals. You did good. Good vid about the Bernards living and working.

Make Chili Rellenos. Anaheim peppers roasted to char outer skin, peel destem and seed. Take mexican melting cheese wrapped with deli ham. Insert. Dredge in egg, seasoned flour, repeat. Fry in skillet with butter and a little oil. Bomb.

In my experience, those used grain bins are only as good as their sliding doors to let the grain out. Make sure the door works before putting grain in the bin.
you ALWAYS save your old grit from the rock tumbler, you can reuse it a few times before you have to get more ! you can also tumble glass for art projects.... its really cool !
I’m not a fan of the winter with all the mud etc. Did all I could to keep the stock high and dry as possible. Eventually got where I could afford to build a feedway inside
No one gave up. The plan was a good plan even though it was a bit scary. I think the most concerned would have been Lawrence. All's well that ends well.
Good job moving the feed/grain storage bins. Those things are just awkward, and heavy to move. But in the end, will be very beneficial. No deer for Austin, or Wesley, wish we lived closer, we have about 8 to 10 buck, and about 30 female deer eating every night outside our front door your kids would be able to hunt here.
Wesley and Austin, deer can smell you a mile away on foggy rainy days , next time you go make it a pretty sunny day and you will see them before they smell you and leave.
Be careful when you paint the bins, that silver paint will drift. Anything that you don't want any paint on will get paint on it wind and direction very critical

Don’t go under the bucket loader, when it is up with a load on it. Hydraulic can fell. Not good for you/anyone under it. Fast is good, but don’t cut corners safely first. Kiddos and Lawrence doesn’t want to lose you. 🇺🇸🙏🧡🇺🇸🙏🧡
I'm sorry, but I have to put one note of criticism here. Please never, never walk underneath a raised front loader, that is carrying a heavy load. I justlove watching your videos. But in this case of moving these bins around Might I suggest that if your husband went out and rented a Lull ( a construction type high lift fork lift ) this would make his jobs of moving and setting these bins much easier. The Lull ( trade name) would be able to lift these bins into position far better then a backhoe aside from that thanks for the videos it's great entertqainment
Also, I guess Lawrence knows why the loader hydraulics stopped working temporarily on the 4320 but it was because the clutch pedal was held down too long cutting the hydraulic oil supply pump in the transmission off and starved the front pump for oil. As soon as the clutch is released, it starts sending oil back to the front pump and hydraulic function is restored.

That little stunt under the load seems to have "TRIPPED EVERYONES TRIGGER!"
Same thing about staying away from a hawser on a tug when she's taking a load or a cable / rope with a tractor.
