What coach Casey has done with the raptors both technically and as far as identity goes in the past 5 years is very impressive. He's one of the top coaches in the NBA right now no doubt. For now he's under rated I hope he gets his respect eventually !

The 7 Fundamentals
1. Stance
2. No Fear of Contact (touching, hitting, boxing out fighting for space)
3. Communication
4. Seeing/Anticipating
5. Attention to Detail (demand it every position)
6. Have an Act (stunts, pass fakes, pump fakes)
7. Finish

great breakdown, coach. a lot of coaches make a mistake on doing the weak side help; sometimes in a game we have to enjoy every possession just to gain motivation of getting everything done much easier.
