    You asked so I will respond, I have a set of BBI stage 2s in my 6.7 swapped 05. BBI has been great to deal with but I will be using DDP next. My stage 2s are around the 150hp or so and at 1700us 160mpa my sheet says 208mm3. So looks like DDP certainly under rates their injectors. Thinkin a set of 150% over will be on order shortly. Thanks for the video Josh, love the content. God bless ya.

    Lincoln Diesel Specialties provides those flows sheets as well when you buy new injectors ive had my 45% over SAC style injectors in my 04 6 speed for over a year now with no issues and stock tune did fine breaking them in then got Optimal Welding SOTF tuning using HP tuners however i wish i would have checked if they labeled them for which is which to put in the hotter or colder cylinders etc no complaints here though 20+ mpg city even

    Hey Josh, can you list by cylinder which ones run warm and which ones run colder. I just got my DDP injectors a couple of weeks ago.I will be installing them this weekend.

    • @joshuaquilliam2887
      @joshuaquilliam2887 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      1 and 6 run the hottest, 6 being the worst because its furthest from the radiator. If you look inside your intake manifold you will understand why 1 and 6 get less air, so they again run a little hotter.

    • @horsetorquesdiesel
      @horsetorquesdiesel  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Usually it’s 1&6 but it does depend on the intake horn 5.9s run almost identical 1&6 in a 6.7 horn the 6 is better. 5 is also very hot.

    Hey Josh. I just have a quick non injector related question haha. I have an 05 5.9, 16k miles on a rebuild. And I was doing a grid heater delete when I noticed oil in my intake horn/boots, and in my grid heater and intake plenum. What would be the cause?

    Dans Diesel Performance does flow sheets too. If you don't have a flow bench that does print out sheets you probably shouldn't be selling injectors

      @@horsetorquesdiesel... That makes me understandably happier. I thought I was missing something or had "bionic" 150% injectors😊. the only thing I would change on Dynomite's side is.. I wish they would give me a larger sampling table on flow rates.. Just to ease up on the math side of things when making a base table??
