It is interesting that your counters are sit every which way, upside down, sideways, catawampus, etc. I noticed that in the Panzerkrieg video as well. You do not keep them lined up and all facing one direction (which makes them much easier to read and to get a better view of what is happening on the board).

Mr. Moran (or is it Col. Moran?):
A very good video. Now I want to look into buying this game. Bye-bye more disposable income in a time of runaway inflation! Oh well, you can't take it with you, I guess.
This video reminded me of playing SPI's War in the East on a 12'x8' table in my unfinished basement for several summer months back in the day. Great times with good friends before the demands of work and life sent us all in different directions. That game and War in Europe were really big games!
Again thanks for jogging my now somewhat elderly brain and transporting me back through time to my halcyon years of board gaming.
    Cheers and good gaming.

Thanks Roderick, it is Lt Col (still serving part time). I just found SPI Operation Typhoon at a thrift store recently and want to get it on the table. As you are probably aware it is a bigger one. I will be interested to compare it to Stalingrad 42. I also picked up Salerno but haven't played it yet. Merry Christmas!
