It has been a while since I have played this, so my memory might be somewhat faulty on these issues, but I believe the British can send one unit to the Balkans, and once Italy enters the war, the French or Brits could use an Italian port for supply to the Balkans.
Oh my gosh, come on Italy, move your butt and enter the War, quick smart! I really want to try this out, and to be honest with you, I would like to try this startegy out with other games - For the Entente Powers to focus almost entirely on the Balkans.
This is because of the mobilization planning done in advance, Germany once it had mobilized had to invade to make space for other units mobilizing behind them, this forced Germany into invading France, without the ability of there being a strategic pause to allow for diplomatic negotiations. That is why early game there isn't much chance to stop the war once it's started.
👍👍 looking good. Having fun? Hope so.
Oh YES!

@@Nangwaya, the classic West Front is a totally slog ... most people focus on the Russian and/or the Balkan fronts. Enjoy!
👍
Interesting strategy. :)
Let's hope that adjective can turn from "interesting" to "brilliant" :)
