    Nicely done Video, a wee bit short though.
    When Craig explained the basics of whiskymaking in a very brief manner, i was actually relieved, thinking he'd go into more detail later on, explaining, what is special or different in the Raasay way of whiskymaking.
    Would have loved for the waterjacketing, purifier, and rectifier coulumn aswell as the variable piping setup to be explained...
    Just my 2 cents, no offence

    Kudos for not watering your products down to the legal minimum of 40% (for whisky). You clearly understand that it is alcohol that carries flavour and that your customers are intelligent enough to do their own watering down according to personal taste. It annoys me to see high priced gins on the market as low as 35%, more usually 37.5%.
