I made a course where mario teams up with a twister. You essentially tag team to overcome obstacles and get him back to his home. (I'm pretty proud of this level, especially with how it utilizes the twister in so many ways. It also tells a story much like that level with the spinies). I'd love it if you gave it a try:

I Made a Level based off of the First Level in "My Friend Pedro" Replacing the Gun you get with Fire Flowers and even Teaching you that you can shoot Twice with the Fire Flower in both Dirrections if you Spin in Midair in the 3D World Style. I Even added the Funny Joke that was Present in the Original. While I Can't show you it now since I Don't have Online Membership Yet, It'll Definitely be a Treat once you all see the Code to it and my Other Levels I Made. ^^
I made a Zelda inspired level where you make your way through snowy ruins, room by room.

It's beautifully designed with an amazing aesthetic and sense of atmosphere. I really like how you complete the level in "laps" that evolve in challenge every time. The only problem I see is that it can be a bit too challenging, but for a single-screen romp it's pretty great.
I'm absolutely sure the best level from Mario Maker 2 is Bowser's Big Bean Burrito

I love the ones that are just, "Mario [does something mundane]" Like:
Mario Goes to Work, where you take the bus to work, use the elevator, see a bunch of enemies sitting at "desks" and working, see one enemy get "fired" (as in, literally killed with a fireball), then finally fight the boss and get paid. th-cam.com/video/1mFreMe93uo/w-d-xo.html

Mario Maker is a fantastic set of tools but man the community has really turned it into something so special. Even when you're not playing levels of the top tier quality shown in this video it's just constant fun. Every time I stream or hold a contest for this game I just have hours of fun playing through everyone's levels. I hope this game never dies. Thanks for the video Snowman!

Two levels that have a disappointingly low number of views for how incredibly creative they are:
Scroll Stop Woods: 1WR-R8W-S7G Manages to build a puzzle level based on the scroll stopping mechanic. I can't imagine how they thought of this
Freefall: R3K-1JS-PCG Makes platforming challenges out of jumping on rows of donut blocks as they're falling through the air, ending with two "mini levels" that you complete *while hurtling downward*, then a boss fight in a falling arena. It's pretty tricky to get used to the freefall physics and jumps!

My favorite levels are 3rd Bunny Levela, The Chettah of the 4 Challenges, Wariuzzo courses, and Reus levels

My jaw dropped when I saw the 3d house one
I have 2 I’m really proud of. One is Mario Broke his D#mn ankle again, level ID LW2-WLR-1NF. Mario went down a dangerous slide at a playground, and Broke his ankle! Mario is unable to jump or fall, and so puzzles must be solved so he can safely reach a hospital. One more is a recreation of Pac-Man, ID H9L-H06-TTG. It’s essentially a 1-1 remake of the arcade game Pac-Man, with Coins in the same layout as the original pellets.
This level uses the idea of the different outcomes that the Magi Koopa can bring to each time you play.

Here's a level about exploring a vast, non-linear cave system for at least 100 coins, and then finding the entrance again so you can get out. It's filled with tons of ideas and no two playthroughs are the same! C82-F5B-YVF
This one's a dark level with a heavy emphasis on atmosphere. If you want the true ending, you'll have to face your fears and there are progress indicator for the coins at the checkpoints. There are trolly elements, but there are no death traps or softlocks. :3

These levels were made to challenge the players progress at every screen and give more importance to power ups and tools (like shells) that help making the player journey easier.
They should feel challenging at first but fair and easy as you find out better ways to progress.
