I'm not sure if they intended it to be this way but the crucifixion scene was hilarious in that context. Not only would he have destroyed the cross with his weight, but there are also reports of people surviving for a couple of days but he dies after like 5 seconds.

The prison is the product of the country. It's harsh because it has to be, rules are usually made because of an incident, and you can't know a guard is corrupt until they do something.. countries with comfortable prisons don't have as much civil conflict and unrest like we do, and our max security prisons are almost full of murderers. Of course it's going to be rough.

I live in Israel, travelled the whole country, can confirm, the Galilee and its Sea all look like a late '90s era 3d map, and is approximately five meters wide. Also, Jordan and the rest of Israel is just a giant matte painting. Jerusalem exists in a dimension beyond the painting, and to get there you must teleport.
