This is a concept for a MDickie game that I’d like to see created. The gameplay would consist of features from other games, like turf wars from “Super City”, and managerial aspects of popscene. This game would feature parodies from mafia, cartel, mob, and street gang entities.

Honestly if Mat Dickie decides to invest into this and made 2d or 3d version of the concept, i would be playing it almost instantaneously
This game deserves some GORE, these types of games aren’t practical survival ones so this doesnt get that type of stuff, but the introduction of Extra Lives gore format where you can meddle in the city working with officers, loners etc. Makes this similar to it, the combination of popscene, extra lives and hard time into is genius, barely enough people on the internet talk about mdickie and this concept is so underrated. So of mdickie finds this, then he can surely make something out of this for the fans. Your concept designs to replicate mdickie’s style is so cool

Very suitable with a gritty Underworld setting, it needs bullet holes, broken limbs that are still connected, clothes getting wet of blood and things likes , gouged out eyes, broken jaws, and etc

Maybe but at the end, Mat has been a proponent for doing things by himself. But maybe, he will give a helping hand to modding community while doing his official projects by himself.

Hello, DJNOOK, I have a suggestion.
Mat implemented a language barriers system in Wrecked 2D. Civilians and Natives have a percentage of knowledge about each others' languages and if either of them has a 100% knowledge, they become bilingual. I think in this concept of your game, we could see this idea of Mat play a role. Let's say, there are several characters in the game who knows English but few do not and maybe your character is one of those few. These could be modelled as old bosses who refuse to adapt with times or newcomers from overseas and for the heck of it, just racist goons who do not want to know any language as they consider it inferior to their native language or they just plain hate the one they are told to learn. There can be a mix of all three too. I believe there is some potential for a roleplay as a particular type of criminal here.
Other is literacy system. A character can be illiterate and may require someone to do the paperwork for him and not only that, we may see it in real time too as sometimes, a character may just use his fingerprint on a contract instead of signing it.

I imagine an option where you could also play as police officer. That would be even more intense shoeing up on scene of drug bust or something to that extent! Love the dances mdickie gives the characters too, maybe more interactions?!
In this concept of game, the attitude system should be present. If you have a police officer with a really bad attitude, he would get more targets on his back despite being on the side of law. And if not that, he will at least never get any extra help.
