This doesn’t surprise me at all after all of the other vehicles you’ve fixed that they’ve been “unhelpful” at best on. Looking forward to other videos. Good job.
People call Dealerships, "stealerships" on forums for a reason. They don't make nearly as much money on the sales floor as they do in the service bays. When you bring your vehicle in the service personnel are trained to act like it is the first time they have seen your problem- even though they may have 3 others up on the rack already with the identical issue.
It’s FORD. I have a 2008 escape and I have no power steering at all and they refuse parts assistance and the car has too many miles for buy back. It’s disgusting how ford is handling this error of crumby engineering. If anyone knows a pending lawsuit on this matter let me know because I want in
They make more money when it takes multiple trips back to the dealership. You should take all your evidence back to the dealership with a camera to record their response. What they are doing is wrong and has probably cost customers 10s of thousands of dollars in unnecessary repairs

Unless I'm missing something there's only one Ford dealership in Mountain Home Idaho... guess I won't be going there!
Yeah, your right, only one ford dealership
What pinouts do I check with my scope when looking for proper signal off this sensor? I notice there are about 6 different wires coming off it.

Find other unhappy customers and start a small claims lawsuit.
Defund Mountain Home Auto Ranch.
Hmmm, sounds like basic troubleshooting 101.
